-Design is suggested to be done by 4C PROCESS (Cyan Magenta Yellow blacK)
-Please give enough design allowance for your design. (also called bleeding). For design allowance, it means that the artwork film size should be at least 5mm more than the actual size of the color box of each side, and for all the knock-out windows (cut off die-cut area), please fill in base colors and DO NOT cut off the inside parts even the die-cut line is occurred. It is because the die-cut line may be shifted a little bit when registration in printing, then the cut off area will become a white line between your artwork, that why do not cut anything off, just keep the whole artwork perfectly, then we will do it in the printing. Moreover, please arrange the die cut in separate sheet, so that is will not be printed on the final printing box.

Usually, client may provide either of 3 types of printing proof
i - computer print proof by COMPUTER COLOR PRINTER
ii - print proof by LAB PAPER ? similar to photo paper quality
iii - OFFSET PRINT PROOF in a cardboard paper

Please kindly note that FINAL PRINTING RESULTS on the cardboard box will be OFFSET PRINTING, so it is very close to (iii), for (i) computer print, the color is much different from the offset print since computer color ink differs a lot from offset print ink, and also lab paper is developed by photographic chemistry which differs a lot from offset ink, but the lab paper proof is pretty close to final offset print.

If your clients requirement on colors is strict, please kindly make sure to inform us and we will make offset print proof for your final approval before production.
