Xiamen Factory The manufacturing of Vastfame Camera is located in Xiamen, China. It occupies 15,000 square meters and it houses around 900 skillful staff. For facilitating machines and equipment, we have 13 assembly lines, 2 darkrooms and workshops for mould tooling, injection, pad printing and color spraying R&D / Mould The factory invests continuously in research and development so as to develop ever-improving products to our clients. We use the most advanced 3D CAM/CAM system in design and tooling. Our tooling workshop is well equipped with 2 advanced CNC machines, 5 sets of EDM machinese and 3 sets of wirecut machines. Optical Our injected in-house with advanced technology and under strict quality control. Our injection machines are equipped with hydraulic robot hands to increase the accuracy of lens. The imaging of our single and double object lenses meets international standard. We are confident to say the resoultion and contradistinctive rate of the lenses is better than other similar manufactures and approaching the quality of world's famous brands. Working Environment We care of our staff! We commit to provide a comfortable working environment, housing and living to our staff. The assembly lines and workshops and mostly air-conditioned. We provide 10 minutes break with music between working hours. We also organize a variety of activities and campaigns for our staff. All we do is to create a harmonious working environment for them.
